The week two Southern Pigskin award winners for the Atlantic Coast Conference.
ACC Offensive Player of the Week: Michael Campanaro, Wake Forest - Caught ten passes for 164 yards in the Demon Deacons' 28-27 ACC upset of North Carolina.
ACC Defensive Player of the Week: Earl Wolff, NC State - Had five tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery that led to the Wolfpack's only touchdown in State's 10-7 win over Connecticut.
ACC Special Teams Player of the Week: Spiffy Evans, Boston College - Returned a third-quarter punt 82 yards for a touchdown in the Eagles' 34-3 win over Maine.
ACC Freshman of the Week: Perry Hills, Maryland - Completed 11-of-21 passes for 190 yards and two touchdowns and added a rushing score in the Terrapins' 36-27 victory over Temple.
ACC Coach of the Week: Jim Grobe, Wake Forest - Grobe and the Demon Deacons recovered from a sloppy week one performance to top rival North Carolina 28-27.
ACC X-Factor of the Week: Daniel Rodriguez, Clemson - War vet, holder of a Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor, made his first career college catch in the Tigers' 52-27 romp of Ball State. Rodriguez was named the 2011 Southern Pigskin Person of the Year.
