The Southern Pigskin players of the week for week 12 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

ACC Offensive Player of the Week: Tajh Boyd, Clemson - Threw for 426 yards and five touchdowns and rushed for 103 yards and three touchdowns in the Tigers'62-48 victory over North Carolina State.

ACC Defensive Player of the Week: Nick Clancy, Boston College - Recorded 20 tackles, 17 solo, 2.5 tackles for loss and two pass breakups in the Eagles' 30-23 overtime loss to Virginia Tech.

ACC Special Teams Player of the Week: Cody Journell, Virginia Tech - Was three-of-three on field goal tries, converting two in the fourth quarter, in the Hokies' 30-23 overtime win over Boston College.

ACC Freshman of the Week: Quinshad Davis, North Carolina - Caught an ACC-record 16 passes for 178 yards in the Tar Heels' 37-13 win over Virginia.

ACC Coach of the Week: Paul Johnson, Georgia Tech - The Yellow Jackets rushed for 330 yards and had zero turnovers in their 42-24 victory over Duke.

ACC X-Factor of the Week: Tevin Washington, Georgia Tech - Completed 6-10 passes for 102 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 62 yards and another score in the Yellow Jackets' 42-24 win over Duke.
