The Southern Pigskin players of the week for week 12 in the Southeastern Conference.
SEC Offensive Player of the Week: Tyler Russell, Mississippi State - Completed 19-of-32 passes for 274 yards and four touchdowns in the Bulldogs' 45-14 victory over Arkansas.
SEC Defensive Player of the Week: Andre Hal, Vanderbilt - Recorded five tackles and two interceptions in the Commodores' 41-18 triumph over Tennessee.
SEC Special Teams Player of the Week: Odell Beckham, LSU - Had an 89-yard game-tying punt return for a touchdown in the fourth quarter of the Tigers' 41-35 victory over Ole Miss.
SEC Freshman of the Week: Johnny Manziel, Texas A&M - Threw for 267 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 100 yards and two more scores in the Aggies' 47-28 win over Sam Houston State.
SEC Coach of the Week: James Franklin, Vanderbilt - The Commodores compiled 442 yards of total offense and forced three turnovers in their 41-18 triumph over Tennessee.
SEC X-Factor of the Week: Jeremy Hill, LSU - Rushed 20 times for 77 yards and three touchdowns, scoring the game-winning TD with 15 seconds remaining, in the Tigers' 41-35 win over Ole Miss.
