Week ten picks from the Southern Pigskin staff and country music star Rodney Atkins.

With just a couple of weeks left in the regular season, the race for the Southern Pigskin pick'em title is heating up. Just two games separate first and last place in the competition, with brothers B.J. and J.T. Bennett currently clinging to a slim first place lead. Entering the final month of the regular season, country music star Rodney Atkins remains in striking distance.

It will be a big month for Atkins as it was just announced he will perform as apart of the 85th anniversary Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

"Rodney has a few weeks off before his tour kicks back up, so we are all a little anxious about the fact that he may be able to put in a little extra study time," publisher B.J. Bennett laughed.
