I have noticed that if I don’t respond to you, every thread dies so congrats on killing the board. My wife asked me when we were on vacation last week, why I responded to political stuff on this board and if I knew who I was talking to. I said as far as I know its some 60 year old dude down in Savannah, Ga sitting in a cubicle who hangs on a message board all day and begs for someone to talk to. Her response was “Why would you waste time arguing with some old guy who you don’t know and will hopefully never meet, and whose opinion you don’t really value?” I had no answer so I am taking her advice. She has always given me good counsel.
So enjoy tilting at windmills and staring at the walls of your cubicle…I still see your posts but just am not bothering to respond. I have found that I enjoy seeing that no one else bothers to talk to you a lot more than I do insulting you. One leaves me happy and one leaves a sour taste in my mouth because I feel like Im beating up on a mentally handicapped person who doesn’t understand the concept to begin with. Your incorrect responses to my posts always make me feel bad because I see you don’t understand or grasp the concepts. I imagine the silence is really what hurts anyway. So….serenity now.
