A couple of quick points Pines.
-Are you racist? You repeatedly mention “white” when referring to, as I understand you, a racist, oppressive racial profile. Please correct me if I am off point.  What I take away from your posts: white people are the root cause of the divisiveness in t77he US. The new buzzword is white privilege. I am white, late 40s, grew up POOR, got some college money via the GI bill, graduated, now work my tail off, have 3 boys who will be collared with the “white privilege” label: STOP. This will not happen. Enough. Already.

-A women’s body/right to choose. Hmm.. A conceived God given child, ripped from the womb of his/her protecror/provider of that life from the outset. Just a blob. Okay folks, what about 2nd-3rd trimester abortion?  Let’s not detract from reality. A small number of abortions occur due to rape/assault. Majority of these are conducted based on socio-economic excuses.

ANTIFA: primarily a group of white thugs that assault/abuse and create mayhem.

Racism is the flavor of the month in Democratic circles.

Nah, but I see why you want to distract and change the subject. I gave you something to respond to and you didn’t. “Back to where you came from!”  And “Send her home!” Is that ever used against white people? Just wondering.
Do your boys tease people who don’t look like them? do they insult them because of their appearance for nothing other than having political disagreement?
What does the term “real” American mean? Do you have it be of a certain religious/political/social belief?

Here’s an idea? How bout you just come out and say things are wrong? None of you have yet to do it? Paul Ryan has to go write a book about it and now he is out of the cult. The former speaker of the house. Lol. Don’t go against the dear leader…I think it is because you all are such “real” Americans.

As for abortions…Find me an example of all these third trimester abortions. In my state the legislature was all worried about babies being “born alive” and then “dismembered” yet no one can find a single example of it. Rest assured you will find a lot fewer examples of any of the new Republican boogeyman stories than examples of rape or incest. It is funny though that the place where incest is probably the highest, is trying to ban abortion in the case of incest. That same state also has a Democratic Senator because y’all ran a child molestor. I’m starting to sense a theme.

All this emotional talk about abortion does get you guys all riled up about how much you love babies…of course unless they are coming from another country. Then lets separate them from their mothers. It’s a deterrent. Lol.

Abortion is about control over women. It’s why health plans cover viagra but don’t cover abortion. You may not understand that but of course if you did you wouldn’t be trying to defend “Send her back” or birtherism

You are being played but you seem willing to endure it. Wake up.

Just to answer a couple of points, yes, the go back to where you came from theme is used against white people and quite often. In fact, where I most commonly hear it is about people from the North moving to the South and talking about how they did things up North. In Charleston, we’ve had a lot of people move here in recent years, particularly from Ohio. Now you hear people being told to go back to Ohio quite often. I was in Colorado for a few years and they told everyone to go back to California.

Trump didn’t tell them to go back because of their skin color. He specifically outlined that it was because of their ideas and actions. If it was about color, why hasn’t he said that to the many other people with darker skin than him that serve in Congress? Everyone that claims it was racist is picking out that small segment of what he said and ignoring the rest of his statement which completely added a different purpose for his statement.

There are a lot of valid points, and extreme points, in the abortion debate. The argument that it’s about control over women misses some important information, that being the presence and termination of the life of another living being. Again, there are points where reasonable people can debate but to make it a thing about men wanting to control women is a distortion of the topic.

I wasn’t expecting this to turn into an abortion debate so i’ll keep it brief.  What it boils down to is society giving women legal permission with the aid of a physician to kill their unborn baby.  It’s really that simple and basic.

Clinical terms like “fetus”, “Unviable”, “parasite”, “clump of cells” and of course “choice"are used to avoid calling this living being inside a woman so they can be desensitized and maybe be able to look at themselves in the mirror each morning for their actions or beliefs.

Late term abortions are rare. Rape and incest are rare as I would imagine.  The vast majority of abortions IMO is routine birth control for women that do not want to deal with a baby.

All I would like to see is for society to call it what it is.  But society can’t do that.  How could the mighty US make it legal to kill an unborn baby and still be so noble?  Well, let’s call it something different and we will feel better.

Lol, nice try. I get that works with the crowd you probably surround yourself with to justify it but not with me. If it was about ideas then why did he tel them to go back to their countries?!?!? Forgot that part huh? 3 of the four were born in the US. All are duly elected US Reps and American Citizens. Which country should they go back to?

Run along and try again. Or you could just admit that it was as wrong as wrong could be and we could be done. I know it’s hard for you, but you lost. I do appreciate you all telling me what you really think. I already knew it but stuff like that used to be hinted at. Now you just come right out! Even your boy knows he lost this one which is why he is feigning regret now. Amazing what a poll can do to a politician.

As for CU and abortion why do you think vast majorities of women don’t agree with you? Why do you think the vast majority of Americans don’t agree with you? Why do you think your party is becoming increasingly male and white???

Spare some anecdote of a Republican women. I’m talking about America as a whole. Of course you are in the party who has candidates that discuss “legitimate rape” and “rejecting pregnancy when raped” lol. So much for the will of the people I guess.

I am actually pulling for the “activist” judges on the Supreme Court to take the Alabama case and overturn Roe v Wade. It will accelerate your team to becoming the third party it is on its way to being by about 10 years. Then we can ACTUALLY make America great again. We are not right now under this administration and that rally at ECU proved it. Thank god I’m a Tar Heel.

I think I explained why that “vast majority” as you put it doesn’t “agree”...It’s been desensitized to a point where people who support legalized abortions can stomach it by not calling it what it is, infanticide.

As for your race baiting…I’ll pass. You are the only one making race an issue since that is the current Democratic narrative. As soon as it runs it course and people like Rachel Maddow or Morning Joe will come up with something new to attack.

Nope, your guy made it a race issue and now he’s starting to walk it back cause he knows he is losing.

I do appreciate the fact that you can’t call something wrong out. I always knew you weren’t capable but now you don’t even pretend anymore. So much for Scout Law I guess. What a fraud.

Amazing how much you care about babies, right up until they are born or are from another country.

I should have my head examined for answering anything you say but I’m trying..

I think I was clear in what I said…I just want this society to call it what it is and quite hiding behind euphemisms.

I didn’t expect to convince you of anything, and that’s okay. I just offered another perspective. I’m not sure how you think I forgot about the part about going back to their countries; that’s specifically what I addressed. Much of what they say seems to be grounded in a fundamental dislike for a lot of aspects of this country. He was saying that if that’s the case, feel free to leave. It was a dumb remark to say it as go back to your countries since 3 of the 4 were born in the US, but being a factually dumb remark doesn’t equate to racist.

First of all, I didn’t even take a stance on the abortion point other than to accurately define the position of one side. Since the point of it being about control over women is assigning a motive to one side, it would seem to make sense in a reasonable discussion to actually listen to that side’s explanation of their own perspective instead of asserting a motive in spite of their own statements.

As for the “vast majority of women,” there is no vast majority on one side or the other of the abortion topic. According to Gallup, 51% of women in 2019 view themselves as “Pro-life.” https://news.gallup.com/poll/244709/pro-choice-pro-life-2018-demographic-tables.aspx

I’m done with talking about the remarks. To be honest, “I love it.” Please keep going. I already know what you all support. I just am glad y’all don’t even hide it anymore.

As for your poll numbers: nice try but wrong again. 80-20 support abortion in some form of another. From the same organization no less. That’s a vast majority. Your party is the one trying to ban it. Please keep calling the vast majority of Americans murderers. I think it is a good strategy.

I really hope you all get what you want. Just like the dog chasing the car.
Sure you will hurt people in the short run. Your policies always do, but it will help us get rid of your crowd as a political force much quicker. Lose the battle, win the war.
