Not sure I like this one.  I think I had almost rather see a draft of 18+ year olds rather than allowing kids at 16 to join.  In working with the scouts, there is a whopper of a difference in a 16 year old boy and an 18 year old both physically and mentally.

I’m not a fan of this one either. I think a “pre-military” training program or something would be better than full enlistment.

High School calls it “JROTC”...HA HA

I’m aware. I was talking about outside of school since the recruitment of kids at 16 obviously targets kids choosing to not be in school.
