Well, it’s being reported that Pelosi plans to turn over the article next week so this circus can get finished.

I thought that would happen soon. Dems were starting to call for her to do it and the Senate was considering rules to allow for dismissal after a period of time of the articles not being sent.

This whole impeachment could be one of the greatest political blunders in the history of Politics. If Trumps wins again, it will probably remove the weaponizing of impeachment rather than the use that it was intended for.

Why is the speaker delaying sending articles to senate? Is it confidence? Is it a lack of confidence? She is hamstringing presidential candidates in senate. They will be in chambers during Iowa caucus. They will be working six days per week per senate leadership. This could have been avoided. Just not a very smart move.

Focused attention on the Republicans attempt to whitewash everything and hide it during the holidays. All about keeping the pressure on and it worked about as good as could be expected. Gives a better chance of witnesses being called as pressure put on the vulnerable Republican Senator. A very smart move.

Anyhoo…how bout that streak? Damn how did Carolina blow that one.

It’s the last bit of leverage of Trump she has left.  Once the Senate Trial is over, there is nothing left accept to finally have to make a stand on what the Democratic party wants to take on Trump over.  3 years of investigations on Russian collusion and a phone car that both ended up as dry wells is what they got for a 40-50 million dollar investigation.

Now the Democratic party, the one that self promotes inclusiveness, now has a couple of rich old white guys, an angry white woman, and a white gay man having to sell socialism on the American people and of course “Orange Man Bad”.
