After a few days of the talking heads trying to figure out why Sanders slipped to Biden I believe comes down to a few things:

1.  I think Sanders Castro-sympathizing really scared a lot of people away

2.  Had Elizabeth Warren dropped out like the others most of those votes probably would have went to Sanders and made a difference.  They are now in negotiations.

3.  The young people didn’t get out the vote.  Typical inconsistency from the kids.

I think all of those are true. I would add that the media etc. started to turn and hit him with the Castro stuff, his background and the cost of his plans.

Well, Bernie Sanders it getting thrown under the bus as more endorsements move to Biden.  Kamala Harris and Corey Booker have now joined team Biden.

It’s funny to see politicians shamelessly see which way the wind is blowing when making decisions.

So now the Democrats are left with a 78 year old socialist/Communist with a heart attack recently and a 77 year old career politician with a history a gaffe’s and an apparent diminished mental ability.

Still interested in who Warren is going to team up with.  My guess is Biden because there is some bad blood with Sanders.

I think Sanders is in trouble. He has his followers that will stick with him, but the party and the Dem leaders have aligned against him.

I watched his Town Hall on Fox and he’s resolute in his belief’s.  He hates Billionaires so bad that he can’t see anything else.  He thinks these super rich will gladly fund these insane entitlements and not cut jobs, move their money out of the country to take one for the team.

That tends to be the case with a lot of big plans - politicians act as though nothing will change other than the one point they think they can surgically manipulate. It’s absurd.

Well, Bernie Sanders is saying he will stay in the race although he got another beat down from Joe Biden.

What this tells me is there is nothing in the Democratic Party for Bernie.  I’m guessing the Biden team is offering nothing for Sanders because the DNC doesn’t want what he’s selling in their party.  His youth movement are more willing to show up at a rally and party than stand in line and vote.

This also tells me the Sanders doesn’t care about beating Trump or he’s at least as interested in taking on the establishment democrats as he is the GOP.  He only cares about his movement and his lieutenants like AOC are going to become severely diminished after this election…especially if Trump wins.
