Dude is worse than Sandusky.  It’s incredible that he got to that many girls.  My girlfriend is a PA that does breast reconstruction and the male docs aren’t allowed to see the patients (most or all adults, many 50+ year old cancer patients) alone and this guy gets an unlimited supply of teenage girls???

The number of victims is staggering. It shows how skillful some people and that’s really scary. Once again, it’s someone that parents think they can trust.

I have told you guys that in the 1980’s, I had a special duty assignment in the Air Force where I worked at the Air Force Academy and an Athletic Trainer.  I did it for 4 years…We were not a Co-Ed situation where we worked on girls unless it was in a very public situation and only when a female trainer was not available.  In the civilian sector I saw a lot of college that the trainers worked will all athletes.

Doctors have a lot more access and I can see how this fellow got away with it.  People typically don’t question a doctor’s word and these kids are so competitive they they will endure quite a bit to compete.

Most Doctor’s I have come across are good people, but I have definitely come across my share that had what I call the “God Syndrome” where the have such a superiority complex that it can be tough to be around.

I don’t think many people realize how tiny these gymnasts are.  With the US Olympic Training Center being in Colorado Springs where the Air Force Academy is, we use to frequently have athletes come over to use our facility because frankly, they were better for certain sports…These girls look like little girls and many of them are which is which I am sure why in part it was easy to prey on them…Who’s going to believe the complaining of a little girl?

This is a tough story..

I’ve been in a lot of situations for work where I needed to meet with young girls. Every place I worked that this was likely, we had a policy of having someone with you, meeting in an open setting or keeping the door open and I would sit in the open door where I was easily visible.

You’re right about doctors though. Their work naturally requires privacy which can be manipulated. I haven’t reads the details of this case, but I’m sure he could threaten an Olympic hopeful for their silence.

We can try out any new torture techniques on this scumbag in my opinion.

I haven’t kept track but every time I see the sports tracker somebody new is fired at Michigan State.  Looks like they are having a cleanse like PSU did.  Looks like Izzo is on some thin ice too….

They need to clean house. This extends into other sports as well.
