I’m not suggesting a draconian approach. It’s not my feeling to incentivize rules that everyone must follow. Incentives should be used for going above and beyond the call of duty.
For example: Everyone must take the shot or be punished.
Incentive: If the Squadron hits 100% inoculated by 1 October a day off or a party or something.

I think we can both agree that there are matters that shouldn’t need explaining.
If retention wasn’t an issue the codling the troops wouldn’t be one either. But I get it. They have to be hand held more. I suppose it makes it easier to identify the fast burners that busts their ass and doesn’t need to be hand held.
