I heard about this the other day and didn’t really give it much thought, but CNN wrote a piece on it and suggested it might be a good idea:

I know that when I was in the Air Force Thule Greenland was the last place on Earth anyone wanted to be station.  I bet Pines has flown in there.

Thoughts?

It truly is a pressing issue…that and fat shaming his own supporters. We definitely have the A team in place in the White House. I can think of about 350 more important things the president should be concerning himself with…including what Fox and Friends hosts think, before worrying about purchasing a barren and melting island.

Something tells me Greenlanders wouldn’t want to give up their healthcare as Danish citizens either. Weird.

Have you ever flown into Thule?

I have not…would have liked to but never got to. A crew from my squadron at Pope got to one time and guys I knew who flew for ATI did… said it is just rock and ice. It’s there for a radar site.

I’m out of the flying game in the Air Force now. Last flight was a couple of weeks ago. It was fun but it was time to move on. Promotion to a non flying assignment now.

From everything I’ve read this was never a series matter but more of a “what if?” and I guess word got out and now it’s a story.  Just something to toss out there

I’m so proud our president just tosses stuff out there.

I guess that explains why we have an understaffed government in chaos. It will take decades to unf$&@ this mess once responsible leadership returns. Hopefully it will make folks appreciate what having actual leadership means.
