I really hope the Dem’s impeach Trump. Just get it over with. Impeach him, do the Senate trial where he will be exonerated and give Trump all the fire power he needs. The GOP screwed up when they tried this with Clinton and the Dems will do the same if they impeach Trump.

1. the person making the complaint wasn’t even there,
2. the person on the receiving end of the communication with Trump, President Zelensky, says there was no pressure, and
3. you haven’t seen the transcript.
It’s the impeachment version of “we have to pass the bill so we can see what’s in it.”

Ok..I’m having a little fun as I hope you can see. My basic question is why can’t people do things the old fashioned way and vote a person out of office? It is clear that every president moving forward will have the opposition party use all of its resource to investigate, accuse and interfere with that person’s ability to govern.
I read the transcript twice and didn’t see where he said anything about withholding aid. Can you point to where it says that or quote it? That would be important.
I don’t think Zelensky knows where the withholding threat occurred either since he said, “It was normal. We spoke about many things. And so, I think, and you read it, that nobody pushed — pushed me.”

Also, BTW the official position of the United States and all our European allies was that the prosecutor in question needed to go because of his unwillingness to tackle corruption. As Vice President he was giving the official position of the United States, and the idea that you think that is the same as trying to get someone to dig up dirt on a political rival shows how low you are.

I don’t know if Biden has done anything wrong, but there were concerns about there being a conflict of interest for him long before this happened. He may very well be innocent of any wrongdoing, but there was a conflict of interest and he took the step he took which makes it worth looking into.
Again, show me where anything in the transcript of Trump’s call that linked aid to investigating Biden.
