Posting what someone says is not punishable under the UCMJ and nothing I say or do is under any official capacity and I have every right to have political beliefs just as you do and make them public.
You don’t get the same freedoms under the UCMJ that a civilian does and you know that. Also, you hardly ever express any political views unless tricked. You seem to have a huge memory lapse if all you remember is quoting what someone says. You have called your Commander In Chief some pretty strong things, accused him of crimes with no proof. You certainly do have a right to your political beliefs but as a Field Grade Officer you know damn well you have to conduct yourself differently and is subject to the UCMJ. As I said, if one of your subordinates conducted himself/herself in such and manner and you discover such conduct you would have them up on charges.

Maximum punishment. Dismissal, forfeiture of all
pay and allowances, and confinement for 1 year.
It’s not illegal to dislike the President. It’s illegal to use the type of “contemptuous words” that you commonly use in a public forum.
When you take that oath, you surrender a lot of your first amendment rights. If you allow subordinates to publicly violate the UCMJ on this matter, it doesn’t make any less illegal. You just permit it.
