On that note we are 100% in agreement.  I have spent a lot of quality time in Utah.  It’s the damnedest sight to see if you’ve never been there.  Do the vending machined still only offer non-caffeine beverages and fruit?  There was an old saying there: “You can do anything you want in Utah as long as one foot is on the ground”..

I will say the winters of beautiful if you are into snowy mountains.

I have been pleasantly surprised that they have coffee at the Hampton Inn and plenty of bars, but I do admit I am by the University. Probably not that way outside of the “blue” area, Park City and Moab.
