I’ve heard that.
I forgot to mention I started with the third series of True Detective. I’m an episode and half into it, and so far, it’s much better than the 2nd series.

Just finished Ozark.

If you haven’t watched it and like all the shows you mentioned, you should.
Like a very dark Breaking Bad…if such a thing is possible.

I watched a good bit of Ozark and liked it. We got distracted somehow and lost track of it. I might need to go back and finish that one out. I did think it was good.

I’m on the last seasons of Vikings and House of Cards too. I’ve been watching them off and on for years and keep getting distracted from them myself. I just need to finish them out. My wife quit long ago.

She really likes The Good Place and New Girl as do my girls. I can’t stand those shows.

I’m a little embarrassed to say, but my wife and I have been watching “The Masked Singer”..It’s oddly entertaining trying to guess who these people are.

I’ve done the same thing with House of Cards - off and on. I haven’t picked it back up in a while. I haven’t watched Vikings, but heard it’s good.

I can understand the interest in the Masked Singer around trying to guess but also see who has that talent so you see them in another way. Do they give any clues or anything? It seems pretty hard to guess.

I tried Mindhunter recently, but it didn’t really hold my interest.

Parks and Rec always good for a lighthearted laugh.

House of Cards is very apropos for the times. It is very long IMO but you should pick it back up as they obviously based a lot of it on current events. While fiction sometimes you have to make it up to tell the truth.

They give clues every week.  Some or more subtle than others.  Some of the people that I’ve figured out but haven’t been revealed is Donny Osmond (Peacock) and Gladys Knight (Bee).  Donny Osmond was the easiest because my daughter loved “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and a few of the clues were linked to that.  He is also IMO the best performer so far.

That part about House of Cards being with the times is part of what I like about it. The part about being long is why I drop it sometimes. I may pick it back up.

I’ve never watched Parks and Rec.

I feel like I’ve missed out on Game of Thrones. Everyone that watches it that I know has loved it, but I’ve never watched it.

It is easily my all time favorite show.  It’s #1 on my list and the others aren’t even close.

I don’t think I’ve found anything new I’ve truly enjoyed like some of the older series and Game of Thrones.  Heard new True Detective was better but haven’t watched it.  Really like Stranger Things.  I enjoyed both Narcos and El Chapo series on Netflix.  Ozark was fantastic and I hope it keeps coming back.

If you are looking for older series (and I guess some still airing), my list includes Weeds, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Hell on Wheels, Better Call Saul, Vikings, Mindhunter, The Crown, and Santa Clarita Diet,

I don’t know if you guys are football fans or not, but of course Last Chance U and QB 1 on Netflix are both pretty good.

I started watching Yellowstone on HBO last night. It’s a series with Kevin Costner trying to protect his Montana ranch. So far, it looks pretty interesting, but I’ve only seen the first episode.

^That’s a pretty good show. The first season kind of sets up the dynamic a little bit. If any of you have HBO on demand watch The Wire. That, in my opinion, is the best series HBO has had.

Deadwood: The Movie is coming out on HBO on May 31st.

I can’t beleive I didn’t know about this and I am pumped. I really enjoyed that show. Rome is another old HBO show that was great.

All good suggestions..I just finished the first season of Yellowstone and liked it. The next season of Billions has started, so it may be tough to get to those mentioned, but I have them in mind.
