Some say on time with spring and fall practice compressed. Some say in November, and some say January.

I’m voting on time, because that’s what I’m hoping for!  As a Tar Heel fan from WAY back, I’m hyped for Mack II, Round B..  Sam Howell and Company ascends!

Hopefully the adults in the room will understand we have to get back to living our lives soon. I’m voting on a normal start.

Nobody knows but if I were to bet I would say November.  Eliminating OOC or non-P5 games to account for the time lost.  If it does start on time I doubt that fans are aloud in the stands, maybe only students.

I have no idea what they’ll do here. I can’t imagine them not having the season at all. There’s way too much on the line for too many people - not to mention that football funds most of the other sports too. The really can’t make a decision until they know if schools are letting people back on campus. I can’t imagine that places in the hard hit areas are doing this any time soon.

I’m pretty confident games will start on time.  People are ready to get out and enjoy life and a good football game.

I’m ready to talk about the season and what to expect.

I’m not sure. I think they’ll have a season, but I don’t know what it’s going to look like. If they start on time, what do you think they’ll do about fan attendance?

Duke announced no fans… other ACC teams haven’t officially announced to my knowledge. I think UNC will go 20% or 57,000 or so. I will not go to any games this year. My wife and I will be in Florida when UNC goes to FSU, but I will not try to go.

Me and my family won’t be going to any this season, its just too much risk that we don’t want to take given my father’s health risk.

Clemson announced they are allowing just over 19k, band on hill entire game, and students in the south upper deck by themselves (won’t make people happy with this one).  Haven’t heard, will this be the first year in forever fans won’t be allowed on the field after the game at Clemson?

Just really looking forward to watching football on TV.

I don’t plan to go either. There’s the risk plus the atmosphere will be totally different. I’m sure they won’t let people on the field this year. They’re working too hard to keep the players safe.

If I get a chance I would go.  Mine is more of scheduling issue.  Everyone has to feel comfortable but I feel at more risk walking into a Wal-Mart or a Kroger than being out in fresh air.  But I get it. The atmosphere will feel like a Duke Road game…LOL

You’re right on the risk. They’re taking steps to keep people safe, and it should be okay.

UNC says no fans at Kenan Stadium for games through September. They will revisit issue at the middle of September for October and going forward. I’ve made a decision I will not attempt to go to any games this season…. Unless UNC makes the Orange Bowl.. That’s a promise to myself

This is a crazy season.  A season where the American will have more air time and more relevancy than the Big 10 and the often irrelevant Pac 12.  Cincinnati will be the highest ranked team in Ohio at one point this year.  For the teams in the American this is such good press for them.  They have eyes on them.  It will really help with them recruiting after this year.  Conversely those sitting out are just being forgotten for a year.  Recruiting is a game of what have you done lately.
