I saw an article today that said the Memphis star RB was sitting out the season due to COVID.  He had 4 family members die to COVID.

I heard a lot of LSU guys are sitting too.

It will be interesting to see what happens as the season progresses, the virus spread, and teams are eliminated from championship contention.

That’ll be interesting to see how people handle it. There are a lot of factors to consider. I could see some dropping out if they were out of contention. While considering health risks, some will consider whether they’ve done enough to impress scouts or if they should continue. Some love to play and wouldn’t miss it for anything. Seniors that aren’t going pro might want to play out their senior year.

It’s going to be a strange season. With so many teams not playing, it opens the possibility for teams that usually aren’t ranked highly to climb in the polls.

Well, If Clemson wins that Natty I can live with and * beside the Award.  All they did was show up and play football.

You can only play the people that show up to play.

I will be glad to rep that *.  As long as the Playoff is being played, its legit.  If you opt out of your chance at it like the Big 10…oh well.

Jamie Newman not playing at UGa. That’s a weird one.

Isn’t losing the natty in the Preseason a UGA tradition??
