I have a feeling pulling that QB is gonna be what turns this thing around.  He still has time until normal signing day which allows him to sort out the bad apples and make room on the team.

They better be careful calling him Grandpa.  If he starts beating them I can see it now.  “Kids I might be your Papa Mack but Doeren calls me Daddy for a reason”.  A social media team will blast something along those lines all over the world if they beat the Pack and kids will eat it up.

Mack Brown said Yes, I am a grandpa. What’s wrong with that? Meanwhile, he is tearing this state apart by he or one of his staff visiting EVERY HS in North Carolina. Even if they have no recruits. He is laying ground work to turn the Tar Heel state into a Tar Heel pipeline. When he was here before the team was one loss from playing in the Orange Bowl for a title. They were ranked number 4, and had 18 of 22 starters on that team from NC. NC has only gotten better at HS football since then. I rejoined the Rams Club, but am holding back from season tickets. I’ll go to a game or two this season. The sun is rising on UNC football. I’m not predicting anything large, just something a whole lot better.

I just renewed mine. I was seriously considering not renewing before.

I’ve been attending Carolina football games since 1977, been a Rams Club member and Tar Heel season ticket holder since 1993. Mack and his team of assistants will bring it, as they did in the 90’s. He sees the big picture, in what will be his capstone football adventure.  The journey begins.
