This and FSU-UVA are my top ACC games this week.  I like this matchup a lot for a few reasons:

1.  It’s a non-conference game.  I like the guts to schedule a non-conference game with a conference opponent.  This is a much more attractive game that playing some distance barely FBS school.  I would love to see Clemson schedule a Coastal team we rarely see like Miami or Uva.

2.  2 Undefeated teams.  What’s not to like about that.

3.  Why is UNC the underdog?  With all dues respect to Wake, UNC is one of only 3 teams in the nation that has 2 wins against power 5 schools.  Clemson is the other and I forgot the third.

I like the UNC freshman QB.  Kids a baller.  I would love to see a Clemson-UNC undefeated match up in a few weeks.  Gameday?

I like this game too. WF is one of those sneaky teams that you overlook that has the ability to play a tough game and have a good season. I think Wake is improving but that’s a tougher place to win consistently. UNC is interesting to see how far they can come this year. I think they’ve gained a lot of confidence in the last two games. I agree that UNC will probably win this one.

Wake looking pretty good.  So this doesn’t count in conference right?

UNC offense seems to be struggling early.  Gotta get their feet under them.  Line giving QB no time at all and forcing him into bad situations.

UNC better tighten up all over or Wake is gonna run them out of the building tonight.  Wake is looking pretty good.

UNC?  You there?  Whats happening?  ETN and company are gonna slice through this UNC defense.  I thought they were going to keeping improving but they’ve regressed.  And offense just has no time to do anything.

Wake is just flat out whipping UNC.  Surprising based on how UNC played the first 2 games.

The biggest thing I’m seeing for UNC’s inability to move the ball is the QB needs to tuck and run faster.  The openings are there but kid isn’t taking the opportunity to do something with his legs to avoid big losses.

I’m surprised at how Wake’s defense has absolutely shut down UNC. They’ve dominated this game.

UNC not responding well to WF’s punch. 21-3 now 21-10 might be too much. Oh well, life goes on either way.

Wow! UNC is a 4th quarter team. This is tight now.

WF goes FG. UNC will have 1 minute to get TD with no timeouts left. If UNC had showed up at kickoff this game wouldn’t be like this. 100% UNC’s fault. Game not over, but fat lady is whistling

UNC needed to play more than one quarter. The had a shot tat the end though. That’s better than their pattern last year of folding in the 4th. That last play was poor clock management by the RB - get down or out of bounds. All of that said, a lot of credit to Wake. They looked sharp on both sides of the ball. The defense surprised me.
