Sep 4 @UCF
Sep 12 Auburn (ATL)
Sep 19 James Madison
Sep 26 GT
Oct 3 @UVa
Oct 10 VT
Oct 17 @ Dook
Oct 24 @ Miami
Nov 7 UConn
Nov 14 Pitt
Nov 21 @BC
Nov 27 NCSU

Two big games to start. Third game vs. FCS finalist.  I like VT is in CH. Have to go to Boston in late Nov. 12-0 or 11-1. 2021 is when UNC will be very good. This season they have a very good chance to ahead of schedule. Basically Coastal should come down to UNC, VT, and maybe Pitt. UM who knows? UNC’s offense will be better. UNC’s secondary lost 75% of starters, and some backups last season due to injury. Will have some highly rated transfers plus last year’s starters back, except FS. LB will be very good. Everyone back. Surratt was first team all ACC, and it was his first year at MLB after playing QB. DL replacing two big guys who will be in NFL. Have a couple of backups who played a lot last season. Overall, 2nd year under coaching staff, and I expect improvement in all facets.

Schedule is a bit friendlier than last year with saying goodbye to Clemson, but that’s another really tough non-conference slate. October is pretty tricky, so starting 3-1 is imperative. November is pretty cushy.

A 4-0 September would be huge.  Gotta beat Auburn.  what I find a little amusing is that Auburn now has Clemson’s 2011 Offense and Defensive Coordinators. Chad Morris is good but he will call 4-5 plays in a game that are foolish and high risk.  I have 70 reason why I think Mack Brown can exploit a Kevin Steel defense.

I like their schedule a lot.

Because I like to think, I like to read. I’m into freedom of speech, the freedom of choice. I’m the kind of guy who likes to sit in a greasy spoon and wonder - “Gee, should I have the T-bone steak or the jumbo rack of BBQ ribs with the side order of gravy fries?” I want high cholesterol.

There are some interesting games on that schedule. Obviously UCF and Auburn are big games, but you can’t look past JMU in the next week.
