I am not a rabid fan of Pro Football.  College Football is my passion but I do like to key an eye on the best teams and best games of the week as I don’t have a favorite Pro Team.  I do like to see players from Clemson do well and I’ll be watching Houston closely.

Anyone else follow the NFL much?

I watch it a fair amount but not as much as I used to. I do like to keep and eye on particular players.

I’ll also be watching Houston, so many Clemson names there that will get playing time.  I keep up with Clemson guys mostly, have no one team.  Would LOVE to see Watson to Hopkins on sundays.

Looking forward to seeing if Boulware can stick with the Panthers.

I grew up as a Cowboys fan, but there are a lot of teams I like to watch. The Texans are climbing high on my list. They have a lot of former Tigers on that team, and once guys get to the NFL, I like to watch people from the state, so I’ll watch Clowney etc. too.

I think Boulware has a shot. They like him and I think would like to keep him if they can. He may have to make it on special teams.

I am a Panthers fan, but do not get to watch all their games. I’ve been to a couple, but I enjoy the college football atmosphere in person more.

Yeah, for me it is one or the other. I choose Saturday which is actually the harder day with kids.

NFL is for fantasy and thats about it for me.

Deshaun Watson makes his NFL debut tonight as the Houston Texans are in Charlotte to take on the Panthers to open up their Pre-Season.  I hope he looks good tonight when he gets his chance.

Watson looking quite good in his first ever NFL game (preseason).  Moving well, throwing pretty good.  Can’t wait to see how Trubisky looks in Chicago…...lol.

Watson looked great.  Only missed on 2 passes really.  I hope he played with the 2nd team OL because they were not very good.  I felt like the offense with Savage was very flat.

The Panthers seemed like a much better team.  I hope it’s just because Houston sat a lot of their starters early.

Trubisky looked lights out in Bears vs Broncos game. 10 straight completions to start.

I didn’t see the game but saw some highlights and he looked great.  Apparently A LOT better than Glennon….. “the starter”

Looks like Marshawn Lynch was to sit during the National Anthem to draw attentions to himself:

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20327882/oakland-raiders-marshawn-lynch-remains-seated-national-anthem

This is getting very old very fast.

Perhaps they needs to do the National Anthem before the players come out onto the field to de-fang this whole issue….

This is just one of the several issues I have with the NFL and the entertainment industry.  I just want to watch and enjoy a football game or a TV show or a movie.  I don’t want to have to constantly be put in a position to take some political position over whatever issue has someone’s nose out of joint and they want to draw attention to themselves.
