I used to really enjoy watching the summer and winter games but I just don’t enjoy it like I used to do.  Maybe it is because it has become too commercialized.

Perhaps the Olympics in my time used to be a version of “The US vs The Soivet Union” and we really don’t have that kind of rivalry anymore. I sill vividly remember watching the US beat Russia in Hockey and that was huge.

I’ll watch certain things but don’t get into them like I do summer sports.

I greatly enjoy both the winter and summer.  I don’t rearrange my day to watch it but I don’t mind watching just about any of it.  I’ll skip the horse stuff, pingpong (10mins or less), water polo, and a few others completely.

Speaking of Olympics…I’ll start another thread.

I watch both the winter and summer. I can watch most events for a short time at least, though there are some I just can’t find interesting. Sometimes the drama that comes up in a few minutes can keep me hooked.
