For the umpteenth year in a row.

Clemson’s first string

Clemson’s 2nd string

Da Bears!

VT- they showed up and had the best win (maybe) in conference.

BC- an impressive 34 point 2nd qtr against UMass will grab your attention in route to an impressive victory.

Duke- avenging last year’s loss to Army is a dish best served to the tune of 34-14.

SU- probably the highest you will see SU all season, they were up big until they nearly made the fatal mistake of pulling their starting QB too early. Dino Babers is no fan of defense.

Wake- needed overtime to put away Tulane. My thoughts are that they will be a pretty good team when they get back their starting QB from suspension.

GT- did exactly what you would expect them to do vs Alcorn St.

UVA- big win over Richmond which has been a thorn to a few ACC teams over the recent years.

Pitt- they won handedly

NCSU- they won their cupcake game, but certainly did not look good doing it.

Miami- figured they were overrated from the start. More concerning for them is that their starting QB looks like poo, might even be the worst in conference.

FSU- embarrassing performance all around. Leave gimmicky blackout games for the never-have-beens trying to spring the upset. The defense actually played well enough to win which is very encouraging. The offense need to work on fundamentals like protecting the football. We knew year 1 would have its ups and downs.

UNC- the defense played well, a decent game by the QB could have won this game. Maybe they clean that up and Larry Fedora saves his job.

UL- probably not as bad as their showing, but they resembled a FCS program looking for a beating to fund their athletic department.

haha I like it.  What’s sad is Clemson’s second string actually might be the second best team in the conference.

In reality Miami is higher just like FSU is but they both really stunk it up for a lot of their games.
