So I made the mistake of not watching the BC v Wake game.  It looks like it was an awesome game.  BC won 41-34 thanks to Wakes QB Hartman only being 20/45.  Wake had 105 snaps!!!

This AJ Dillon cat is gonna be a problem.  He’s rushing for 145Y/game and 7.3YPA and still spreading the snaps around a bit.

I watched Guardians of the Galaxy 2, great movie.

Kenny Hinton will be back next game for Wake, Hartman I think is only a freshman. BC and Wake look to be pretty solid.

Same, It was on earlier I guess due to hurricane and I missed it.  I agree, BC and Wake won’t be the pushovers they’ve been in the past.

As far as Clemson goes, this will be the most games i’ve missed attending since the 2009 season when I was in Iraq.  I won’t be heading up tomorrow, to much trouble getting back down to Columbia I think.  Going to play it safe and watch on TV and stay dry.  I’ll get to a home game this year eventually lol.

The Atlantic doesn’t have a bad team. There’s a chance all seven get bowl-eligible. It’s just that none are probably better than 8-4, and none seem to be capable of challenging Clemson (although one inevitably will). Good depth, but just not top heavy.

I’m thinking the game tomorrow SU vs FSU will decide who sits at the bottom of the Atlantic this year, maybe UL wishes to challenge for that spot, but if FSU loses tomorrow I’m pretty sure the bowl streak also comes to an end. There just is not much room for error.

FSU better be ready to play, Cuse should be able to score some points this year.  It will be a bad look if they Noles get blown out.

I’m thinking Louisville will be the worst in the division.

Another game of interest to me is Duke @ Baylor. Baylor must have rebounded from the Art Briles fiasco because they are a 4.5 point favorite.

I was able to watch a good bit of the BC-Wake game and it was indeed very entertaining.  B/C has a stud Running Back…

Pirates function as a team. There were a lot of castes and classes in England at the time. But with pirates, it didn’t matter if you were black, white, rich or poor. The object was to get a treasure. If the captain did a bad job, you could just overthrow him.

And we have our fist major upset of the year.  BYU travels to Wisky as 23.5 dogs and pulls off the win.  Wisky misses the tying FG with 40 seconds left in the game.

Duke blasts Baylor on the road and GT gets handled by Pitt…

GT is already on the ropes and should lose again next week when Clemson goes to the ATL.

Dang I didn’t know it was that bad but apparently it is.  “Jones underwent surgery Sunday to repair a fractured left clavicle and is considered out indefinitely, Brant Wilkerson-New of the News and Record reports. (about 6 days ago)”

Side note.  Louisville is getting WORKED by 0-2 Western Kentucky.  This is why Bama’s resume is trash…. not that 49-7 at the half on Ole Miss isn’t impressive.  179 yards to 53 yards in favor of WK with 5 minutes left in the 2nd.  I’ve heard Petrino is one of the best offensive minds in ALL of football.  Where’s that now???  Not like he didn’t know Jackson wasn’t leaving last year after getting rode like a mule.

So Arkansas got HAMMERED by North Texas, and North Texas had an amazing fake on a punt return, search it up if you have a chance.  The returner never signaled fair catch but his body language sold it so well that when Arkansas players started to trot towards their sideline he broke loose.  It was brilliant.  Arkansas had 6 INTs, ouch Chad….not looking to good down there yet.  Where was that vaunted Chavis defense??

Arkansas having the same problem as FSU going from a slow developing, plodding offense to running fast.
