So instead of Boxer, you want to be called Corey?

Instead of claiming you have an original thought, next time I suggest you use the proper citation. It’s what you have to do in college level courses, even at Clemson.

Even Cheaters at UNC can see the irony.  I just found it curious last night how they were showing clips about Bernie Sanders talking about having the popular vote prior to the SC primary and how the news people were making a deal about how Biden overtaken Sanders after the Primary while none of that matters because the Primary system works similar to the electoral college….

It would seem to me that if the Democrats wanted to prove to the Nation that the popular vote was the best way that they should change their method of selecting their nominee to the national popular vote.

Lol…a Trump supporter calling some one else a cheater? Bawhahahaha. I guess by “cheater” you mean I worked harder than you and advanced further? Sounds good. As a tough guy Republican you should be proud of me right? Of course you should also probably hate yourself at the same time so it’s probably easier to call me a “cheater.”

I think the system used is about as ironic as the self proclaimed family values party converting to a cult for an adulterous playboy who has made his career by inheriting money and reneging on commitments to working people through bankruptcy. Promises made, promises kept.

Got any more great ideas Corey told you about that you can claim are your own?

This is the point where you try to kill a thread and I almost fell for it again with your personal attacks..You don’t like the topic because it contradicts every thing the Democrats have been barking about with reference to the Electoral College.  Even you have been pretty clear about your feelings toward the popular vote.  I rather thought you would have said “That’s a great idea for the Democrat party”...But instead you act like you just bit into a green persimmon and puckered up.  I’m staying on topic. Make your assumptions and attacks for all it will demonstrate yet again you don’t have the mettle toss around and issue.

When was the last time a Democratic nominee did not win the popular primary vote? How much you want to bet , as opposed to your teams’s wins, it won’t happen this year either? I mean you are already going to disappear when you lose here in November…what’s one more thing?

I get you focus all your time on trying to point out flaws in the team trying to save the country from the corruption of Donald Trump…it’s what high school educated pieces of shit do. You would rather deflect from the evil of your side and it’s incompetence, than actually live by the oath you claim to take. I’m sorry your standards are so low but when Clemson is above your level of achievement, it’s not surprising. Low standards are how you life your life so no surprise.

I’m just not gonna let you do it without a response however. You are on the side that cheats, lies, and steals from others and you will reap what you sew. You said it yourself…You know it also but just don’t want to admit it. Fortunately you will get yours a lot sooner than most of us.

And like Lindsey said…you will deserve it.

So what you are saying is all of these candidates would have spent a year of so in Iowa and New Hampshire before the Caucus and Primary canvasing those States rather than camping out in California, Texas and NY?

You keep focusing on the outcome and I’m focusing on how the whole process will change.  Smaller states will suddenly be meaningless.

Lol…I love it when you think you “got me”. It’s so obvious.

The good ole myth of how big states would run everything as the mantra for the electoral college when in reality it was really to stop 90iq dupes like you from somehow picking a wannabe dictator with a minority of the vote.

It’s perfect for people who think they are smart because they watched a Prager U video or repeat a column from Corey Lewandowski.

Can you imagine doing that? I guess that means you don’t want to take the bet.

Not everything is a gotcha.  Staying on topic I wonder why the Democrats haven’t suggested to show the nation how “great” the popular vote would be by using the national popular vote to select their nominee.  It remove the need for delegates and conventions.  Simple enough?  If they believe so strongly in the national popular vote they could use themselves as a selling tool.

Again, it hasn’t been a problem. Hillary won the popular vote and the most delegates in the primaries last time despite all the conservative effort to stoke up controversy and it’s obvious they are trying to do it again.

I suspect that unlike our national elections, the winner this year will have both the most delegates and the most votes.

The problem with the national electoral college is that it doesn’t do its job. Your myth about big states running everything is not why it exists. As I’ve said before, and the founding fathers clearly stated, it was to stop the people from electing a wannabe dictator.

Mission failed.

We have a real chance of a contested convention this year.  It hasn’t happen in most of our lifetimes.  If the Dems are as much against Sanders on the top of the ticket, there is a real chance that the delegates and super delegates could choose a more “mainstream” democrat over Bernie Sanders who will most likely have a substantial popular vote lead.  Would you be okay with that?

Absolutely. Why would the Democratic Party support a guy who isn’t a Democrat? I also disagree with the idea that he will have the most votes. I think Obama is going to endorse Biden tonight. Not 100 percent positive but I hear that he and Pete and Biden have all been on a conference call today and Amy suspended her campaign.

I actually agree with you.  The Delegates certainly provide a device to avoid a mob-rules mentality.  Of course Bloomberg is playing a different game.  He’s dumping truck loads of cash in to local elections around the nation essentially buying delegates in the hopes of a contested convention.

If Biden has a good showing tomorrow and is competitive in the delegate count he will be the nominee. The superdelegates will go to the guy who is actually a Democrat as they should. Bernie Bros can scream all they want.

I actually think he will make it a moot point though as he is gaining momentum and Bernie has a ceiling.

From what’s being reported, he’s has a major cash flow problem. He’s certainly going to get a bump from the dropouts but is it too little too late?  We will know a lot more tomorrow night.

This makes an interesting argument over early voting.  I’m hearing around 30% of the votes have already been cast.  I wounder how many of those people would like a chance to vote again if they could.

I’m sure a lot probably do but I think the dropouts and endorsements will really change the game. As does the African American vote.
