I guess it’s coming down to some usual suspects for the title. Too bad the Big East couldn’t put a giant ribbon on this fantastic season for the conference.
I’m not a great smack talker, but there you go.

baby steps, you couldn’t expect them to win this year, since they don’t place that many in the final 4 over the years they should just be happy selling their tix to msu fan outside of ford field after last nite’s game.

gonna be crazy, 50k+ in green tomorrow nite, 3x as large as the december game.  gonna be a tight, low scoring (by unc standards) i think.

Well, I’ll tell you what….

The Big East did everything but close the deal. It was an incredible run led by more than half of the Elite 8 and half of the Final Four. I saw Louisville who I think might be one of the best teams I’ve ever seen depth wise.

But, we didn’t close the deal. It was a great year, we were the best conference but…... so, I notice only ACC folks are talking some smack. I can see why with ONE TEAM that actually represented from your league. Go ahead, have at ‘er!!!

best conference EVER, the big east tourney is harder than the ncaa tourney, blah, blah, blah .... a disappointment, a HUGE disappointment not to even send 1 to the final game, let a lone win it.

best conference this year but not ever, not close to ever, your league has to field a champion for that boast and the way msu dispatched the BE teams, OU hammered cuse and how UNC tossed around Nova the BE tourney being harder sounds like a bad joke.

To win the BE you would have had to beat Louisville, Villanova, Pitt, UConn, Syracuse and WVU….. All Top 25 teams. I need not say anything else.

And what’s a disappointment is having ONE team in the Elite 8. Oh what conference is top heavy again?

haha, why are you bringing up the ACC, all i am saying which is true is the big east isn’t what it was cracked up to be and had a HIGHLY disappointing finish.  stick to the topic, the BE laid an early Easter Egg.

Oh, my guys choked.. don’t use us in your rant. Use Uconn or Villanova or Pitt or Louisville or Syracuse. All ELITE 8 teams ALL from the BIG EAST. Michigan State beat two of them…. they deserve their shot at home. To beat UConn and Louisville, they earned it.

I couldn’t care less if UNC was in the ACC or MAC. I don’t bang an ACC drum. So to accuse me of that is incorrect. If said before. I’m a UNC fan, and nothing else. I was earnest in my original post. Too bad the Big East flamed out, because the conference really did have a great season.

I am an ACC fan though and I agree with Red. TBE does not get off this easy. We need to drag this one out!

Unfortunately, college basketball is not horse shoes. Although the BE filled up the elite eight and was fully half of the final four…..It’s between an ACC and a Big 10(11) school for the trophy.  BTW, it only takes one ACC to win the whole darn thing lol.

I guess the ACC as of right now is quality verses quantity. Quality being UNC…. quantity being everyone else.
