I would put money on the fact that there will no longer be long time Dynasty coaches after the current ones retire. Its all about the money and production these days and coaches are just held to such a high standard now that it is just about impossible to do what they need to keep there job. It really is a shame. Two and done, losing seasons that is.

I don’t understand this. Shannahan was worse though.

I agree.  Its going to be rare now even if a coach stays in one place for 10 years.

Its all about “what have you done for me lately”  Yes he did win a superbowl, but how long ago was it???  So yea.  Pretty much coaches now-a-day have to make runs every year to keep their job.  It sucks that its a cut-throat “business”.
