to Hilton Head Island, SC. Going down to meet a couple of buddy’s for some golf and water sports and stuff. Will also take the opportunity to visit area museums to see the history of the place. Growing up in NC, my family had a beach front property on the Crystal Coast of NC… I’ve never been to HH, and am lookin forward to it. Friday through Monday isn’t a long time, but it should be enough to relax and unwind a little bit.

Hilton Head is a great place for a trip like this. My wife and I were down in Kiawah island all last week and it was great there too.

I have a buddy whose family owns a house one of those golf communities. We went out and enjoyed the HHI night life came back in a cab and decided to go out and have a late night putting contest. The house was right on the 10th green and we had a little fun until everyone started getting tired and went to bed…except me. I was having such a good time making putts in the dark that I decided, along with several jagerbombs, to keep doing it but I wanted to try another hole. Long story short….the place we were at had four courses and by 8am I was nowhere near where I started. The course super thought it was pretty funny and after about a 35 min golf cart ride across 3 different courses I was back at the house where everyone was getting up to go play again. Big fun in HHI. ;^ }

^ If I can pull that off, I’m sure it would be a great time! I just can’t wait to get a break from work. It’s been a while.

Got home, and had a great time. I didn’t shoot good scores, and actually got so worked up about tee shots I just started teeing off with a 5 iron for every one that wasn’t a par 3. Certainly that played a part in not parring any holes, but oh well. I’ve got to the rest of my life to get better.
