While every SEC list would have Bear Bryant at the top, Bear Bryant was at a school that had already won titles before him and a place that puts everything it has into the football program.

The fact that Spurrier has taken 3 different schools from the bottom to the top in two different leagues makes him the top coach IMHO. The fact that two of those schools are South Carolina and Duke are only icing on the cake…

He might be up for greatest coach of all time if he had won in the NFL…

Its a spot on point that most people dont even think about…he has changed cultures at 3 schools…
