I don’t care about his B12 comments.  I don’t really care either way we decide to go (though I’d put money on us staying).  The white helmet is ok, but the purple on eis just gross.  My favorite is still the orange, don’t mess with success.

Im okusing purple accents, ie gloves, socks, belt, shoes, laces, piping, striping, numbers, etc. But i never liked the purple pants or jersy…jury is out on that helmet

but ill tell you one things, ive never been present at a game where clemson was successful wearing purple pants or jersy

anybody remember those navy blue full body suits tommy bowden used to dress the boys up in, those were terrible too

I was present at a game where both purple pants and jerseys were worn (06 GT game).  Best atmosphere of any game I’ve been to EVER.  Though it would have been cooler if they were in the orange and white or all orange.  I also don’t mind mixing orange and purple but no all purple or purple and white.

All purple was fitting for that game though, I was there as well.  Anyone who was there saw they changed after going into the locker room.  It was special, I love all orange don’t get me wrong, and that would be my first choice, but the all purple was special that night and it actually looked good IMO.  Gameday, night game, primetime ESPN, the players were hyped the crowd was amazing…..that was just a spark to start off the craziness.  Like I said, I wouldn’t do it often….once in a blue moon for occasions like 06 GT it just fit.

I’m highly opposed to any special uniforms.  They are distracting to the team wearing them, and seem to almost always backfire.

That grey uniform for WVU just looks dumb.  I was going to say it looks like “directional U”... but hah.
