SoPines, I’d love to hear your excuses I mean reasoning on why Maryland had to discontinue 7 of their sports programs today due to lack of $ in the AD.  Maryland sure ain’t sitting pretty in the ACC’s piles of cash.  And that’s even despite having UA in their back pocket.

Sopines’s view of the ACC, like a rap video making it rain cash.

Reality (I chose South Park’s version of an Ethiopian child, would be less graphic but still hammer the point home)

Put it in the ground boys, its done.

Are you really that simplistic?

I never said the ACC was awash but I said it made more than the Big 12. Is that hard to understand? I guess I need to dumb my comments down.

Maybe it has to do with the fact they fired a coach and had to pay him millions then hire a new one and pay him millions while football attendence has lagged and their revenue sports have struggled. Maybe it has to do with the fact they had 29 sports in their department while Clemson has what…16?

Maybe their new AD cant balance a budget. IDK.

Either way, Maryland aint looking to the Big 12 to improve things. And where would they be if they weren’t in the ACC. Not better off that is for sure.

Neither would Clemson. And your admin knows it. Too bad you cant figure it out.

Stay or go, won’t matter because I’ll rain the hate down regardless.

And I will remind you about how wrong you were. Is 2.6 billion more than 3.6 billion? What are insider sources saying? Just wondering. I mean if the Big 12 is going to make you rich I just figured you would know.
