OK let’s talk discipline. It’s been 2 months since Watkins was caught driving high with pot and pills and still no suspension. Still want to know why he wasn’t charged with DWI. Guess dabo is still gathering the facts. We won’t even get into McDaniel and Craig not missing any PT for beating up women.

We got off light because we cooperated and fixed the problem.

Mc Daniel was arrested when Tommy Bowden was the coach.  He did his PTI, the girlfriend didn’t want to press charges, but if you want to argue he should have been suspended I’d be inclined to agree with you
Joe Craig was never arrested for that first incident, but Dabo suspended him 3 games.  He was arrested after being given a 2nd chance and dismissed from the team.  Dabo also sent home the 2nd string RB from the ACC Championship Game and the Orange Bowl for a violation of team rules.  Did he do that for a competitive advantage?

Dabo hasn’t done anything with Sammy yet, because there’s no reason to do so.  Which was worse when you were a kid, the punishment or wondering what dad was gonna do when he got home?  He wants to see how the kid reacts to scrutiny and expectation of making it right
Should he give him the Spurrier treatment and have him miss some of fall camp and reinstate him just in time for the regular season?  I have no doubt that he’ll miss some game time.  Even if it’s 5 minutes, that’s still 5 minutes more than Garcia got for multiple offenses.
