I just don’t see how anyone can spin this Orange bowl deal into something bad. The ACC did alot of things right with this deal
When I think about it though, ithe SEC will not be invited to this bowl. The ACC is trying to keep up with the SEC in money, not widen the gap. Besides that, the CFA bowl would not be happy if they were bumped down having to take the #6 or#7 SEC school.
There will still be alot of potentially great matchups however, at worse a 3 loss team with a big name. It’s very likely that the ACC school representing the Orange bowl will have some say so who the opponent is as long as Notre Dame does not get the auto bid that they just agreed too.
He said he didn’t have any names, just knew 4 schools said no. I personally would guess Clemson, FSU, GT and either Maryland or VT. I have no idea where anyone gets their info, if I knew that I’d become my own source LOL
Everyone wants to know that, it would pretty much solidify the ACC…..but where is it? Obviously teams are against it. This fight with the ACC is far from over despite an Orange Bowl deal.

OK I will put it in Richland Tech terms. The SEC and Big 10 and NOW the Pac 12 after they got a deal WAY above market value, make more than the ACC. Your dream conference the Big 12 makes less.But that is the one you want to join.
