I was surprised how quickly Russell Wilson was able to come in Wisconsin and just do his thang. I don’t know how big of an impact Sims will make, but he has to be better than Michael Rocco, certainly a better athlete.

Does this change the outlook of the ACC Coastal division? Really the QB position is the only position that was looking kinda weak on the Virginia offense, not to say that Michael Rocco could not have improved over last year, just in comparison with the other ACC QBs he seemed very averagish.

It certainy helps the offense, but I still don’t think the Cavs will compete for the Coastal Division title. The defense only returns five starters, and I think they could struggle along the DL this season.

I’d still expect Rocco to keep the job. He’ll have a much shorter leash of course though. The offense has enough talent that they don’t necessarily need a dynamic quarterback to be effective.

Don’t sleep on Sims. I watched him play in high school and he cn spin the ball with the best of them. Could be a real game-changer for Coach London.
