Williams was a great coach NOT to call timeout when the ball crossed the halfcourt line. 99% of coaches would have called TO and then tried to run some set play with no time to shoot (I would have too) but Williams let his boy go to make a clutch shot.

He was trying to get a TO but Lawson, and I guess the refs, didn’t notice.

Yea I think all coaches would have called a TO in that situation.  Since everyones head is going 100mph call the TO to get your players focused.  But it looks like they didnt need it
