I’m curious to know if you actually heard and watched exactly what President Obama said. You’re taking a part of it, and making it into some deal where he was saying gov builds business. You’re using it out of context.

What he said, if you would actually listen to the whole thing, not just the part Fox cut up was roads and bridges get people to businesses. Meaning everyone pitched in to build a business.

But, you likely don’t want to know the real reality. You just want Fox’s and Rush’s reality.

I can get to work with the current roads and bridges. What makes it tough is the gas prices.

Customers and coworkers or investors build businesses MAYBE I can see helping to build the business….but roads and bridges?  Is he serious?  What about online businesses?  Who builds those?

My father is a small business owner, and I can assure you…...no one but himself built that business.

How do customers get to your father’s small business? Without customers there is no business.

With that said, if customers don’t have any money, how can they spend any money at a business? lol

You’re right; that is what he was saying, and it is still a stupid comment. The people that are not successful business owners travel on the same roads and bridges and do not have successful businesses. Google started in someone’s garage.

Newsflash: Republicans ran up the debt,and Obama has continued to spend BUT NOW you think they have learned their lesson. Right. They will spend away to their interests and donors if given the chance. Notice Romney will not say which loopholes he wants to close despite all his talk about tax reform?

The fallacy that all of you buy is that one team is anything but the opposite side of the same coin. The self interest coin, and make no mistake: Republicans and Democrats are teams neither of which is playing for the benefit of you and me.

I agree with all of this.

But some builders built that garage a long time ago, so in some messed up back door way, they are responsible for something like Google or Macintosh I guess.

Are you serious?..You think referencing a few official sounding entities or dropping a few conservative political names gives you some type of cover?  Obama has spent more in 3 years than Bush did in 8 years….in fact Obama has spent more than all presidents combined and that is saying something…also, we have nothing to show for it. 

Thanks to justice Roberts, next year the Middle Class is about to get tagged with 2 new tax hikes..The Obamacare tax and end of the Bush tax cuts….Sure Obama says he wants to extend the middle class cuts for a whole year…. conveniently after the election, but will not offer a permanent tax code that Business can establish long term plans around.  He hasn’t passed a budget while in office, He is giving Amnesty to illegals under 30….............I could continue but I know I am talking to a brick wall.

The unemployment numbers are going to continue to stink and thanks to the Health Care ruling and Obama not establishing a permanent tax rate, you will see very small gains in job creating because it is wiser to sit on cash and keep it on the sidelines than roll the dice and invest in a nation that is taxing and spending like crazy.

Since Obama says nobody has created a business on their own and is strongly suggesting that big government does this…then he has failed in this aspect as well…..........

So they were using google already and the developers came along and claimed it? Of course not. The developers of google had the vision for a product that people would like, the talent to produce it, the drive to put the plan forward and market it. They were correct and produced a product that people found useful so they used it. The developers have put those same qualities to use to continue to develop and refine it to make it more useful to the consumers. Consumers consume products they enjoy or find useful. Those products are developed by people that see a need and fill it. I consume food, but a farmer produced it.

Oh my… your that guy. The guy we saw on the TV when the Tea Party zealots where protesting.

Let’s start with a few things you incorrectly stated.

1. The new health care law will only fine people who don’t buy health insurance. So saying it’s going to cost the middle class is wrong. It will fine the middle class that don’t get health insurance which will be about 11 percent of all of the middle class.

2. President Obama has offered the House and Senate several budgets that ‘they’ didn’t pass. The reason he won’t sign theirs is because of the pork they have added to it.

3. As far as the unemployment yes you’re right. The 8.2 percent will likely stay the same. Only because the House refused to sign the Jobs bill which they have had for 2 years.

4. You obviously haven’t read exactly what President Obama said in reference to your Fox talking point on Obama stating the gov. built business. I ask you see read what I posted above.

Finally, your completely confused and wrong on President Obama’s spending and taxing. He’s actually cut taxes on small businesses. As for his spending look at this chart.

You’ll be ok. You just need to quit watching Fox News reality before the election. When he, President Obama wins again, I don’t want you jumping off a cliff or anything. Right now you are completely misinformed and reading your post and seeing your thoughts, your like everyone who listens to Rush and watched Fox News.

I will retreat from the politics argument here since I seem to get enough action about the ACC…but I will say one last thing: The two parties have worked hard to get us to where we are. If you don’t like it, why would you continue to support one or the other?

Indeed. We are at record lows when it comes to the people that believe the government is governing with the consent of the governed.
