Tressel has a 5 year show cause penalty, so he’s all but untouchable.

Stoops and Wanny have both shown that they are like Tommy West….best suited for an assistant coach role than the head man.

If Tennessee were to hire Bowden he would turn them around in short order. They could do a lot worse than hiring Bowden to right the ship…...just don’t do like Clemson and keep him 5 years too long.

Mike Stoops is employed by Oklahoma University… isn’t he??

I think Wanny got a raw deal at Pitt, but I also think they got a good coach now after 2 whiffs. He would be a good coach somewhere. Stoops is D coordinator at OU but would be a good coach for a lower FBS school. Same for Bowden and Friedgen. They are good coaches who can build but not shown to take it to the championship level.

I cannot believe Maryland let Franklin go the way he is working it at Vandy…

I also still contend that Butch Davis will be the next Arkansas coach when John L. Smith is let go, and that is not to say Arkansas will be bad this year. They wont be but he is a place holder.

But to answer the question: Wanny at BC, Bowden at UCF, Friedgen at Purdue, Stoops at Kansas St and Tressel at Tennessee IMO

I don’t think Tressel gets a big name gig yet so that’s why he is taking up the spot I was going to use for either the fridge or wandy, even though they would make sense. They also like them slimy down there so Jimmy seems like a good fit. CRF knows the ACC so BC would prolly target him. The moustache man is really the odd man out so he goes to Purdue…really who wants to go to Purdue? Stoops knows the Midwest and west so he makes sense at K-State. A Bowden at UT….sure I’ll take that.
