I won’t be money but I’ll wager avatar’s….I’ll use a Logan Thomas Avatar for an entire season if I lose and if I win you have to have some type of Clemson Avatar.

I think someone made a thread like this a month ago. I forget who I picked, but I’ll try to remember:

MNC: FSU
Orange: Clemson
CFA: VT
Russell: GT
Sun: NCSU
Belk: UVA
Music: Miami
Independence: Duke
Military: BC

I wish Carolina could go to the Sun bowl but alas we will be sitting home. No trip to El Paso for us…sigh.

Louisville to the sugar bowl? Got some inside information that you would like to share with the group?

Sugar picks last since they hosted the MNC last year, no?  So, then, let me ask you—who do you think is going to be the last at large, if not the Big East “champion”?

No other bowl will want that crap in their city.  Sugar is going to be stuck with it this year.  No WVU to bail the BCS out.

2 ACC teams again?  FSU and Clemson I’d say, their worst enemy is each other.  And no, sorry FSU fans…..I’m not buying the National Championship talk, I never have for the past X number of seasons that its come up.

Me neither… But to be fair, there wasnt any “hype” for FSU until last year… There should only be 3 games on FSU’s schedule that should be interesting… Clemson, VT, and Florida… They need to mow through everybody else no questions asked… They can’t be losing to Virginia at home… Until they can do that they’re not championship contenders.

Alabama is undefeated or bust every year… It wasn’t long ago that I expected the same from my Noles… But I can’t realistically think that right now.

Definitely not gonna buy USC either… No depth.

Clem funny article on just that subject from SI who almost aplogetically says this year there may be a surprise.

“Seemingly every year, we tell you Florida State is back. Seemingly every year, the Seminoles fail to win the ACC and finish the season a few hours from home in one of those upper-middle class bowls. You don’t have to believe any of this, because lord knows we pundits have conspired with the Seminoles to burn you before. But before you give up and go back to playing with the “Why is [insert state here] so [insert horrible trait here] map,” consider a few facts:”

I am pretty sure I am going to be grinning like a cheshire cat this year.

Of course I should add that Manuel is already in a boot cast again.

I’m looking forward to spoiling the dream for you on 9/22. haha At least I hope.  In reality it would be great if FSU could take it all in 2012 and Clemson could take it all in 2013.  Would build our resume for the Big 12 for 2014.  I could stand a one loss season to FSU this year, especially knowing 2013 should be our year for preseason hype and high expectations on the field.

Too bad both teams could not squeeze in the Big 12 by 2013. That is another 12 million missed out on. Too many ends to tie together however. A&M couldn’t wrap it up in time to go to the SEC in one year either. Clemson and FSU are still headed there however.

Word around the campfire is FSU now has an open invitation and their research has shown them there is much more money in a big 12 move. Now we are waiting to see the TV deal finalized and the champ bowl vs SEC game finalized.

A CCG game has made the cut as the SEC insisted on it. Not having one would have given the XII an advantage in any national championship game. FSU wants to know how much money is to be made on a conference championship game and a SEC vs XII bowl game. The XII realizes a conference championship game is unavoidable.

The XII is going to expand in time for the playoff scenario. ND is not going into a conference and FSU, Clemson are the two teams which can bring cash.

There have been no official contacts but unofficial contacts have made it clear that both XII and FSU have expressed strong mutual interest in getting this done.

Once the TV contracts are signed and the champ bowl agreed upon you will see official talks begin to take place. I hope Clemson comes along with FSU.

I could see that TB12, I think way to many people are overlooking WVU this year.  They are my darkhorse behind LSU and USC.  Could very easily take LSU’s spot in the big game though.  They should have no problem with SOS this year, no more Big Least.
