I hope State can win this but TOB doesnt start fast all the time. Tennessee still has talent though and NCSU is weak at LB.
I would tend to favor NCState also but I dont think the betting has changed yet as Tenn is still the fav last time I checked.

I’m thinking this was just the straw that broke the back kind of thing. Rogers has been on the violated team rules list since he got there.
