#9.  Bernard might declare for the draft.  The NFL would have to do something special to let in a Soph.  He didn’t redshirt did he?  I don’t think I remember him redshirting.  Is she really that dumb, after boasting him and writing articles about him all season long and then not knowing what year he is?

Bernard did redshirt in 2010. Same situation as Lamar Miller last year.

Wow, apparently I missed her being the sole ACC blogger.  When did they bring on Andrea?

earlier this year. shes pretty hit or miss, but she does stand up for the acc a little more than HD

Why would anyone stand up for the ACC this year?? The conference is AWFUL!!

Gio is 3 year removed from high school. That is all that matters. I think he is 80% gone but there is always a chance. He is a smart well adjusted guy who really loves Chapel Hill. First round probably trumps that though.

Just curious, as I know little about Carolina’s football team, why was he redshirted?  Was it an injury?  I know he’s been putting up good numbers and all for the last 2 years.

Yeah he blew out his knee in preseason practice. He would have starred in that LSU game. Man that season could have been special if everyone had played.

Don’t even get me started on how good the 2010 team could have been. Especially knowing how well TJ Yates played that season.

Very depressing about that season but who knows what would have happened. Carolina could have won the national championship or the orange bowl or something and we wouldn’t have Fedora now who I believe will lead to great things. I beleive that things end up working out for the best in the end, even if it is a longbumpy path to get there.
