While there is debate on how much money Mary’s Lamb will have to pay to go get beat down in a different conference, the fact still stands that no matter what, we will still get some amount of money. So what will the conference do with this money? Will they put it toward Louisville and their buyout (or Pitt or Syrcuse for that matter)? Will they divide it up equally and give it all to the universities? Will it go into buying our way into our own network deal? Will it buy John Swofford’s son a new Smart car? Or will it go toward Louisville’s general fund and/or research program in an attempt to get them up to “par” with ACC academics?
