I feel sorry for the players on the Crimson Tide who ,hopefully ,will forgive the coaching staff for the worst performance of coaching in history so they can prepare for the next game and win it.
Pitiful .
Inside the five yard line if you are wearing a Crimson jersey you RUN THE BALL !!! Did you learn nothing in the A&M game ?
My opinion is that the OC should be fired .
Punt, sacked, punt, penalty. Q1.zero points.
5 runs , 8 passes = zero points.
15 runs ,7 passes = points. Q2.
10 runs ,5 passes = points. Q3.
19 runs, 3 passes = points. Q4.
Play action works when you run , run , run.
That OC should be locked in the Paul Bryant museum with a few cans of spam , some Golden Flake chips, and some Cokes until he gets it.
See Eddie Run, See Yeldon Run, See the Big ones block, See the Crimson Tide win. Run it right at ‘em !!!
39 freshmen and 29 sophomores and only 9 scholarship seniors need better play calling than this.
That was a really fun game to watch. I was especially amused by Saban’s homage to Jason Garrett with that clock management fiasco to end the half. I was hoping it would cost Bama the game, but Richt really screwed up the end of the game by not clocking the ball on first down. Could have had 2 or 3 shots in the endzone
Aaron Murder is definitely the best player on Alabama’s team. What a bozo, hope he plays this well in death valley.
I think you are being a little hard on Murray. The coaches should have told him to spike the ball and get themselves settled for a couple of shots. UGa’s defense is the culprit….Bama ate them up on the ground….......

I was going to say, Georgia didn’t lose because of Murray. They gave up 350 yards rushing right up the middle.
Slappy is dead-on correct. I find it amusing since i’m not a fan of either team, that these two great HC’s can’t manage the clock as well as we do in peewee football. I’m available for hire as the team clock manager for a paltry $500,000 a year. Anybody know Nick or Mark’s phone #??
It was a fun game to watch, unlike the FSU/GT pathetic show. While GT played hard, FSU played scared again. TX/KSU was pretty entertaining too.
I don’t think when a team beats one team by 20 and another team beats them by 10 it means you’re twice as good. That is a useless baseline and is not my issue. I do like FSU but IF I were a big-time FSU fan, I would be concerned at the constant under-achievement experienced with him at the helm. The lack of discipline, inexplicible losses, “survival” mode wins are all too common in my opinion.
I also saw an offensive line that was getting worked over the 3Q-4Q. Is that conditioning? They looked like they half quit to me; guys standing around watching the RB come up from a pile of 4 defensive players on top of him. I know what that looks like - I live with it about 9 weeks a year watching Clemson’s OL.
Maybe it was just another one of those days and they’ll play much better in the OB. I have my doubts but they should still beat Louisville on talent alone. That was the difference last night along with Mark Stoops.
Stoops is a good defensive coordinator but the bend don’t break defense can be improved upon with FSU athletes. They can’t seem to stop anybody when the chips are down… most of the time anyway.
That wasn’t an amazing feat last night. Georgia held tech to 10 points, they got 15 off Stoops.
The Crimson Tide should have Run it Right at ‘em 30 times in the first half !
Too many mistakes.
This is an off year, with some very young teams.
UGA has had an easy SEC schedule for two years now.
I will look at the 2013 schedule now.
The morons , Brando and Barnhardt were on the Brando Music Show demanding that Dial be suspended for the helmet to helmet hit.
Why ? Because there was no penalty flag.
Maybe an Official should be suspended for not seeing that.
A UGA player did that in this game and there was a penalty so there is no mention of him being suspended.
A caller asked if other conferences suspended players for this and Brando had to admit he did not know.
These two picked UGA to win.
Brando is Catholic. From Louisianna .
Is he trying to help Notre Dame ?
If you are going to suspend players for this it needs to be all of them not just one of them.
It is not the player’s fault the officials did not see it and penalize it.
So, what is a player to do in the future if the infraction is not seen ?
Turn himself in and ask for a penalty so he does not miss THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP game ?
Looks like bias in the sports media to me.
Its simple, spike the ball or don’t catch that pass and let the clock stop. They would have scored if the clock had stopped. I don’t feel bad for UGA at all….terrible decisions at the end by them, its their own fault.
