Until our country figures out that the two party system will never solve our problems then we can expect more of the same from the opposite direction every 6 or so years. I am glad though that at least Obama has the brain power to grasp the complexity of the world. I never felt GWBush did. I think he was intelligent but not exceptional. As a result, I think he was told what to do by folks that he thought were smarter than him. When it turns out they werent so smart, it was too late and they got us into messes as a result. I want my president to be exceptional. I may disagree with Barack but I do think he is an exceptional person and will not be run by his advisors.
I absolutely agree 10000 percent SoPines. But I’ll go a step further.. Obama knows how Bush screwed up everything and all his decision will be effected by what Bush did. I’m only liberal on social issues but yet not republican on any issues. Simply because there is no republican party anymore. It’s fractured… and the ones left can’t figure out time has passed them by. Their “home states” mostly voted for Obama but yet they still can’t move past the strong armed tatics of fear that has ruled their party for so long it has destroyed their party. So much so that Rush is picking the red leaders and controlling the republican agenda.
That’s all I have to say about it… hopefully there are better days ahead and everyone can get on the same page. I truly thought after the election and everyone saw our democracy work that some might have a different opinion, or give the new guy time. But, I see that lasted 2 weeks. lol
Oh well, it’s your world. How you choose to live it is on you…... so move along. Be frustrated…. because you aren’t getting your way anymore and all the fear tactics, and unconstitutional screw up that the republicans pulled off over the past 8 years is OVER. It’s time to be one America. Not the United States of America and then also Real America.
