Trent Dilfer says he will be the #1 pick in the draft one day. Hey I’m all for it, but keep in mind he hasn’t played on snap yet! A little sensationalism lol?

Seems like every year there is a freshman QB who takes college football by storm. I hope our turn has come, we’ll need it this coming season.

Looks good on tape.  With a year of redshirt practice he shouldn’t be too far behind backup QB’s if he’s good.  Now the draft pick comment…. I’ll just ignore that.

Dilfer is the King of Exaggeration so slow down there. Already stating he is a #1 draft pick is a stretch even for Dilfer.

Jimbo needs someone to save his under-performing self. He is getting a reputation as Saban Jr with his demanding style but doesn’t have the ability to win like Nick. Maybe Jimbo will finally play close to his talent level this year; it would be a first for him.

I’m sure many Nole fans like him but he is no where near Bobby’s level as a HC. A great QB goes a LONG way in football at every level so we’ll see if he can carry them to their goals.

Kind of ridiculous this early on, maybe we should at least wait until he’s the #1 pick at QB for FSU. When I saw this thread’s title I thought it was going to be about the MLB draft. Hopefully he doesn’t jump ship for pro baseball.
