The poll is not entirely predicated on win-loss records or head-to-head pairings, though those are obviously taken into account. The list is an average of the five polls of the members of the Southern Pigskin Staff: B.J. Bennett, Kevin Thomas, J.T. Bennett, Brian Turner, and Charlie K.. We rank our top 15 teams.

#9 defeated both #7 and #5 in a three week period. They are on a four game winning streak, and in their last game did not allow a third down conversion.
