Mario Cristobal is the head coach of Florida International University. The FIU Panthers will play at top-ranked Florida this weekend. Cristobal, a former Miami Hurricane player, has the Panthers at 3-4 in Sun Belt play. Cristobal, the first Cuban-American head coach in college football, is in his third season at FIU. Kevin recently talked with the coach about preparing to play the Florida Gators.
