Joe Cox is expected to be the new starting quarterback at the University of Georgia. As a redshirt freshman he started one game and appeared in four others. In that game he threw the winning touchdown with 46 seconds left against Colorado. His senior year of high school he was named the North Carolina Player of the Year and finished his career 31-0 as a starter.

Who is the best Madden Player on the team?
Akeem Dent.

Who is the best basketball player on the team?
A.J. Green.

What is your favorite food?
Buffalo wings.

What is your dream car?
Rolls-Royce Phantom.

Do you have a celebrity crush?
Halle Berry.

What NFL player do you model yourself after?
Brett Favre.

What is your favorite stadium to play in other than your home stadium?
The Georgia Dome. That means we are in the SEC title game.

Who is the best player you have ever played against?
Dannell Ellerbe. When I played against him in high school.

Do you have any nicknames?
Joe Joe and Red.

Do you have any hidden talents?
I would like to think I am a pretty good fisherman.

What is your favorite movie?
Anchorman.

Who is your favorite musician?
Lil Wayne.

When is the last time you lost a football game as the starting quarterback?
8th Grade. We lost to Northeast Middle School. It was Mohamed Massaquoi’s team.

Were you a UGA fan growing up?
After Mario Raley came here I started coming to games and I became a fan. He played with me at Independence High School.

How would you rank the top 5 BCS conferences?
SEC, Big 12, ACC, PAC 10, Big 10.

Who is your biggest rival?
Florida, definitely.

What is the best part of playing at UGA?
The atmosphere. It is an electric place to play. On Saturday's it is crazy around here. It’s really fun.

What is your major?
Psychology.

Would you like to see a college football playoff?
I like the current Bowl system. People are going to complain regardless. At the end of the season good teams play each other.

Expectations were high last year. What is the plan for this year?
We have the same goal every season. We want to win the East and play for the SEC title. That is what we shoot for every year.

So my stats weren’t 100% correct on the thread....I was close for just guessing though lol. Good read, I think he is in a great spot to finish his time up in Athens with a strong run at the SECCG. Looking forward to April 11th to see what they look like.
