1. Jeff Luc, Florida State - At 6'1'', 230 pounds, Luc already has the look of an NFL middle linebacker. Though just an incoming freshman, he is physically imposing. "Possibly the most muscle-bound player in the entire country at any position, looks like a professional body builder," says Rivals.com. Luc hits like a ton of bricks and plays with great intensity and passion in the middle of the field. He is the consensus number one middle linebacker in the nation.
