Live updates on the prospects participating at the Explosive Southern Pigskin Camp at Calvary Day School in Savannah, Georgia.

Saturday, March 8th in Savannah, Georgia marks the debut of the Explosive Southern Pigskin Camp series. The top ten performers from camp one earn an invite to the Nike Football Training Camp in Orlando. Below is a live blog from the event.


4:00pm -- New McIntosh County Academy head coach Gary Mintier and Glynn Academy's Rob Ridings are in attendance. 

3:40pm -- There are many young players on display. The future of southeast Georgia high school football is bright. 

3:35pm -- Two-on-two drills have started up now. It's time to compete!

3:32pm -- 2015 QB prospect Kemaun Tillman from Effingham High School has really shown improvement with his accuracy. He is also a good athlete, running a 4.73 forty. 

3:21pm -- Sophomore QB Hunter Hatley from Savannah Country Day has a very live arm. He can really sling it around.

2:45pm -- Glynn Academy junior Cordarro Stoute is showcasing tremendous strength and burst in the defensive linemen drills. 

2:20pm -- Sophomore linebacker Landon Cowart from Robert Toombs made name for himself with a 4.73 forty and a solid build. 

2:15pm -- The coaches are impressed with Brunswick High freshman Wiley Golden, an athletic receiver with good size and speed. 

1:50pm -- Calvary Day's Salvador Calderon just posted a 4.47 forty. Was a defensive back as a freshman but will be the Cavaliers' quarterback moving forward. 

1:45pm -- Early top forty times include Jeremiah Mercer of Calvary Day with a 4.50 and Antonio Wimbush from Camden with a 4.53. 

1:30pm -- Glynn Academy senior Adrien Cross is an impressive looking athlete. Has played running back and defensive back for the Red Terrors but will likely move to linebacker. Is the younger brother of former Pittsburgh quarterback Greg Cross.  

1:20pm -- Forty-yard dash timing and 5-10-5 drills have started. Top results will be posted shortly. 

1:05pm -- Prospects are going throug h the stretching process now. Many student-athletes from southeast Georgia, north Florida and the South Carolina low country.  

12:20pm -- Matt Osborne is sitting down with Calvary's Tyrone Riley, a 6'6'' weakside defensive end prospect. Riley has offers from Cincinnati, Mississippi State and Ole Miss.

11:45am -- Top prospects set to participate include Deejay Dallas (Glynn), Troy Hamilton (Cross Creek), De'Andre Johnson (First Coast), Tyreke Johnson (Trinity), Tyrone Riley (Calvary), Demetris Robertson (Savannah Country Day) and Antonio Wimbush (Camden). Roughly 150 high school athletes are expected.   

11:30am -- Clemson tight and former Calvary Day star Milan Richard is on site hanging out.

11:00am -- Camp coaches are here. The staff includes directors Dundee Dilworth and Calvin Wilson of Explosive Sports, Matt Osborne from Southern Pigskin, Cameron Chance (San Diego State/NFL), Brian Crum (Florida), Harold Griffin (West Virginia), Craig Hannah (Charlton), Jacque Roman (Appalachian State), Damian Swain (Alabama State/NFL), Travis Taylor (Florida/NFL), Travares Tillman (Georgia Tech/NFL), Ron Veal (Arizona), Brandon West (Western Michigan/CFL) and Bernard Williams (Georgia/NFL). Upper-level competition begins at 1pm.
